With the European Community support, we are able to offer a limited
number of grants (about 35). In order to be eligible for a
grant, you must be a national of a state of the EC or of one of the Associated
states (Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia,
Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Norway, Israel), AND
fulfill one of the following two conditions:
- Be active inside a state of the EC or one of the
Associated states, AND
be at most 35 year old at the time of the conference. Allowance
will be made for compulsory military or civil service (actual time spent in
military or civil service) and child care (maximum two years per child for the
actual time spent off work).

The grant will cover the major part of the travel expenses, the
registration fee, and allocate a per-diem of 60 Euros (for a maximum of 7
